Up for grabs is a unit that is like the Total Gym but a different brand. It's fully functional, has 2 built-in resistance bands (your choice to use one, both or none) to make the workout harder.It's very sturdily built. I was quite happy with it. Bring a truck/van and a friend if you're the one to buy it. It's not heavy, just bulky.
